ZU Point Loyalty System CMS

Technopartner Indonesia, in collaboration with Digital Daya Teknologi (DDT), developed the ZU Point CMS—an advanced voucher and promo code management platform designed to support one of Indonesia’s largest loyalty ecosystems. This system empowers many merchants and alot of outlets with tools to create, distribute, and monitor digital vouchers and promotional campaigns.
Technopartner’s contribution focused on building core features such as voucher management, merchant and outlet configuration, detailed activity logs, and a flexible promo code engine. With real-time analytics, administrative controls, and scalable architecture, the ZU Point CMS enables businesses to run data-driven loyalty campaigns while maintaining operational efficiency and system integrity.

Challenge

Creating a centralized CMS for ZU Point posed several key challenges: the platform needed to support a growing ecosystem of thousands of merchants and outlets, while enabling real-time management of complex promotional logic, including multi-tier voucher campaigns, custom merchant rules, and comprehensive user activity tracking. Additionally, the system had to be scalable, secure, and able to maintain consistent performance under high transactional loads from both users and administrators.

Solution

Technopartner engineered core modules such as voucher lifecycle management, merchant and outlet configuration, dynamic promo code generation, and a detailed logging system for audit and tracking purposes. The CMS was designed with a modular architecture, allowing for seamless scalability, flexible rule customization, and secure multi-role access control—ensuring that ZU Point remains agile, reliable, and merchant-friendly as it continues to expand across Indonesia.

Merchant Management

The Merchant Management system allows administrators to register, organize, and oversee merchants and their associated outlets with precision and flexibility. Each merchant entry includes detailed metadata such as business name, type, contact info, operational regions, and associated outlet data.

Key functionalities include:
  1. Create & manage merchant profiles.
  2. Assign outlet groups and categories.
  3. Enable/disable merchant access.
  4. Description and tagging for internal notes.or third-party apps.

Deals & Voucher Management

The Voucher Management system allows seamless creation and distribution of promotional vouchers—both as part of marketing campaigns and reward mechanisms within the ZU Point loyalty program.
