Servers can also process refunds, monitor real-time inventory to check stock availability, and configure menu items as needed, ensuring seamless service and accurate order tracking.

Challenge

Waroeng Steak requires a digital solution to streamline order tracking and management while enhancing service efficiency. The challenge lies in developing a system that enables seamless communication between servers and the kitchen, ensures accurate inventory management, and delivers an optimal user experience. Managing multiple data points, such as serving status, stock availability, and order history, while maintaining scalability, is a key obstacle.

To address the challenges faced by Waroeng Steak, we have developed the Waroeng Steak Checklist System, a digital platform designed to streamline order tracking, enhance service efficiency, and improve inventory management. This solution ensures seamless communication between servers and the kitchen, allowing for accurate and real-time updates on orders and stock availability.

Checklist

The Menu Checklist in the Waroeng Steak application is designed to help staff manage food and beverage orders more efficiently. This feature allows servers to check off prepared items, adjust quantities, and mark dishes that have been served. Orders can be categorized as Dine-in or Takeaway, making them easier to track. Additionally, the Menu Checklist includes a Reprint feature for order reprints and a table number search function, enabling servers to quickly locate and manage customer orders.

Order

The Order Menu in the Waroeng Steak Checklist System allows servers to efficiently manage and track food and beverage orders. It provides a structured overview of active orders, categorized by Dine-in and Takeaway, enabling easy modifications before serving. The system includes real-time status updates, a checklist for served dishes, and an inventory indicator to monitor stock availability. Additionally, it features an Order History with filter options, a summary of daily transactions, and a refund function for order corrections, ensuring seamless and accurate order management.
