Challenge

Kopi Sejuta Jiwa needed a digital solution that could help its street vendors (riders) operate independently while staying connected to the central business system. Managing stock, recording sales, and handling multiple payment options in real time especially in dynamic street environments posed a major challenge. Additionally, the brand required a transparent commission system and real-time tracking to ensure operational visibility and accountability across thousands of mobile sellers.

Solution

Technopartner developed a comprehensive Rider App that integrates inventory control, sales management, and payment systems into one cohesive platform. Riders can easily start their selling session, record transactions, accept cash or QRIS payments, and monitor daily revenue—all through an intuitive mobile interface. The app connects seamlessly to the back-end CMS, ensuring real-time data synchronization for performance tracking and commission calculation.

Transaction & Order

This transaction module is designed for fast and accurate order processing in the field. The workflow begins with a scannable POS grid for easy product selection and proceeds to a clean cart summary for final review. A key feature is its robust Offline Mode, which allows riders to complete transactions without an internet connection, ensuring uninterrupted service in any location. All transaction data automatically syncs once connectivity is restored, guaranteeing a seamless and reliable experience from selection to payment.

Stock Tracking

This stock management module offers a simple and efficient solution for riders to manage their inventory in the field. The user-centric design features a clean interface that prioritizes Current Stock for at-a-glance viewing, while a streamlined workflow allows riders to process Goods Returns in just a few taps. By focusing on clarity and speed, the module minimizes administrative tasks, reduces the potential for errors, and empowers riders to complete their end-of-day reporting quickly and accurately.
