Challenge

Danone needed a solution that would simplify the order process for stores while simultaneously boosting loyalty and sales. The challenge was integrating a system that allowed seamless communication between stores and distributors, maintaining accurate inventory management, and offering a rewarding experience for users. Managing the various data points, such as product orders, loyalty points, and rewards, while ensuring scalability was a key hurdle.
