The app allows users to pre-order beverages, manage their memberships, and access exclusive deals. It also features an intuitive backend system for outlet management, offering insights into customer behavior and automating CRM tasks, helping Kopi Kenangan streamline operations and boost customer loyalty.
Challenge
As Kopi Kenangan’s business expanded, managing and understanding customer behavior became increasingly complex. The company needed a solution to track customer visits, analyze purchasing patterns, and offer personalized promotions. With more outlets opening, ensuring seamless operations across locations and integrating real-time customer data were key challenges
Solution
Technopartner Indonesia created a native Android and iOS app integrated with a web-based backend system. The app offers a dynamic loyalty membership program where customers can earn points, redeem vouchers, and enjoy special deals. Store management features, including product and order management, ensure efficient operations across outlets. The system also includes advanced CRM features, allowing Kopi Kenangan to automate notifications, analyze customer behavior, and run targeted campaigns
