Technopartner Indonesia played a key role in developing the backend system for Dropzone JSD 2023, providing a seamless digital experience for event participants. Our system included a leaderboard and CMS to manage event activities, featuring:

  • Random Winner Selection – A raffle-based system for lucky participants.
  • First-Come, First-Serve Auction – A fast-paced system where participants compete in real-time.
  • Digital Event Ticketing – Mobile web-based tickets for easy access and event management.

Participants simply scan a barcode, fill out a form, and get redirected to the event platform, where they can engage in exclusive drops, raffles, and limited-edition auctions.

JSD Raffle

aimed to provide a fair and transparent way to select winners for exclusive sneaker drops while managing high participant traffic. The system needed to prevent manipulation, ensure equal opportunities, and handle thousands of entries in real time.
A secure and automated raffle system integrated with barcode-based registration. Participants scanned a barcode, filled out a form, and were entered into the randomized draw, ensuring a fair selection process. A CMS dashboard allowed event admins to monitor participation, verify entries, and announce winners efficiently. The system was built on scalable cloud infrastructure to handle peak demand.

Participant Ticketing System
