"More" Menu Screen
This screen provides various navigation options to help customers manage their accounts and access IXOBOX's features and services. The main menus include User Profile for managing personal information, Membership to check membership status, and News & Information for updates on IXOBOX services. Customers can also review their Payment History, change their security PIN, and access support through the Help & FAQ section or by directly contacting customer service via Contact CS. IXOBOX also provides access to Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy to ensure service transparency. For added security, the Authentication feature allows users to manage account authentication settings. If customers wish to log out, they can use the "Logout" button at the bottom of this screen.

Membership Form Screen
This screen allows customers to register or update their membership information with IXOBOX. At the top, there is an option to upload or choose a profile picture, which will serve as the customer's membership identity. The form includes various personal details such as name, email, city of residence, date of birth, gender, and phone number. The information entered in this form will be stored in the IXOBOX system to provide a more personalized customer experience. Once all the details are correctly filled in, customers can save their information by clicking the “Save” button.

This screen allows customers to confirm their orders before proceeding with payment. At the top, customers can see their name and the selected IXOBOX outlet. The Deals & Voucher section enables users to browse and apply available promotions. Additionally, there is a search field for manually entering a promo code. The system displays the available IXO Points balance, with an option to redeem points for discounts. A detailed breakdown of the payment is provided, including the selected services, additional products, tax, and the total amount to be paid. Customers can also view the potential IXOBOX Loyalty Points they will earn after completing the transaction. Once all details are verified, they can proceed by clicking the “Select Payment” button.
